Dominion of Christ
Origin:
It is said that a man named Jesus who was the son of God died for the sins of humanity. His teachings followed the 10 commandments and promised of a life after death in a heavenly plane if they followed these commandments and let the light of God into their hearts. In the land of Sobul within Clan Thar; these teachings were practiced and the embrace of God was felt within the clan as their lands were fertile, villages without sickness, and blessings bestowed upon families that gave great providence. Clan Thar spread these teachings and the word of God across the land and had captured the attention of an unforeseen evil.
This evil infesting Sobul is known as Clan Rell and were known for worshipping Toldoth, a deity of death. Clan Rell used this deity's power to summon an army of the dead to destroy Clan Thar. A battle of life and death, good and evil ensued for decades. Eventually the fallen of Clan Thar were used against them, strengthening the enemies numbers and devastating their lands. Clan Thar was forced to retreat and eventually found refuge in the newly settled Avar.

This hierarchy starts with the Pontifex Maximus who is within the High Council, next are the Cardinals who act as administrators over split regions, then there are Priest's who manage individual churches.
