Townhall

Background:
The townhall of Delmar is used as the official gathering place of an assortment of events from parties, balls, trials, and where all legal conflict between citizens is resolved. Lady Sebrina Whiterose of Delmar is loved by all within the city walls as she is a champion of helping those in need and being fair in judgment; this trust has granted her the title of judge, jury, and executioner within Delmar. 
Description:
The townhall is the sturdiest building within Delmar and made of grey cobbled stone and wooden snow covered rooves. The building has multiple sloped steeples with stone chimneys pluming smoke.
