Trade Depot
Background:
The Trade Depot is controlled by the Gold Company and has slowly become the only place within Avar to get a wide assortment of goods and services in one place. There used to be other shopping centers within each district presenting their own special products but they all soon had to be converted into 'temporary' housing. The city does still need a place for goods to be bought and sold and so the Gold Company made an arrangement to have all goods from the other districts come through to the Trade Depot. The common people of Avar wish to someday go back to having their own business' free from the Gold Company but until the crisis is solved, that dream may never come to fruition. Description:
The Trade Depot is topped in bright yellow roofs and made of a light stone within the Southern District of Avar. There are stalls outside that are rented outed to citizens and offer special homemade goods such as brews, food, and other items. The inside is made of more established shops that are used by businesses and factions to sell their high quality goods. The notable shops include a magic item shop ran by the Arcane Brotherhood, a weapons dealer that also sells to the City Watch, and even a title office provided by the government to buy vehicles and property.
