Icaris Shinley

History
Icaris was the member of the Roughnecks and a coin holder for the Pirate Council. Around November 11th, 2020 she was found with others working a salvage operation down in Lands End, located on the southernmost coast of Tanaris. While Blackwater was trying to learn the reasons for the salvage operations, the Blackhull was spotted off the coast. Chaos broke out and Icaris was taken with the Blackwater crew for her safety and questioning.
Questioning lead to learn more about the Roughnecks. Icaris was considered the voice of reason among the Roughnecks and holds a lot of information on the use of Blood Arcane Ink tattoos by Vincent as well as the creation of husks.
She was trying to make amends between the Roughnecks and the Sirens, her contacts were Velencia and Tirasandre Blackwake. The groups were at odds because The Don had the Roughnecks attack the Sirens.
She also held one of the verses of the song to open the Pirate Tomb.
