The Kingdom of Codia

Structure

The King of Codia is determined by royal lineage. The King works hand to hand with the Fey Leaders of the Whispering Woods strengthening their relationships with the inhabitants. The King takes on a court of advisors. The Royal Court is made of many people ranging from a wizard from the magical school of Eranu, the kings steward, a fey advisor and the knight commanders.

To defend the people of Codia and protect the fey people of the Whispering Forest

Demography and Population

1.2 million (approximate) The majority of the population are humans with significant minorities of dryads and wood elves. The capital of Codia which is the the city of Penrith houses around 15 thousand people.

Military

Codia has approximately 75 thousand active military made up of Knights, Infantry, and Archers with a small coalition of Fey Warriors.

Views on Magic

The Codian people believe that magic is an innate and natural part of the world. This is due to the close relations the people have with the fey in the kingdom. Whilst magic can be dangerous, so can the seas, and forests. Taken with training the Codians believe that while magic may be a danger, it does not justify limiting the freedoms of their peoples.
