Kogrun, The Architect
The Architect, The Mountain, Creator of the Forge, Skin-of-Jewels, The Stone of Ages, Unyielding, Foundation of the World
It was Kogrun—that Stone of Ages, that Skin-of-Jewels—who birthed the folly. It yearned for a pattern in what Was, and so devised That Which Would Kill It, The World.
The Earth is infinite. The Stone is eternal. The Jewel is latticed. The Mountain is eternal. These are the works of the Architect; they are of order; they are absolute and unyielding.
It bears forth that the myriad things of the world are composed of different substances. The most forthcoming of these is the lattice-kind, oft associated with the enigmatic figure known as the Architect among our people, and variously as Kogrun, Skin-of-Jewels, the Stone of Ages, and assorteed other names among other peoples. This lattice-kind, this flesh of Kogrun, this is the material of Architect's very body at the Dawn. And now it exists in all things—of greater concentration in some things than others, yes, but all things regardless, as it is this which allows the Flesh and Breathof the World-Weary to cohere.

Holy Books & Codes
The Tokar, the oldest holy book of the Aestyvine people, as well as the numerous commentaries written on it, contain extensive passages regarding Kogrun, and Kogrun's role in the creation of the world, with a respectable degree of accuracy.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
The exact form Kogrun took before the creation of the world is known only to the World-Weary, and to Velir. There are unconfirmed snippets in rumor and legend: gargantuan size, titanic strength, ten fingers per hand, three hands to each arm.

Personal history
In the Void of Dawn, there were Four: Kogrun, Mallat, Pennak, and Vassar. Korgrun devised the idea of creating the world, and convinced both Mallat and Pennak to render aid in the endeavor, but failed to convince Vassar.
As nothing else existed, the three who endeavored to create what would become the world used themselves as the construction materials. To this end, Kogrun created an assistant from its flesh, who would come to be known as Velir-of-the-Dawn, and a powerfuul tool, which would come to be known as the Worldforge. Kogrun and Velir-of-the-Dawn worked Kogrun's flesh with the Worldforge, creating bedrock, mountains, gemstones, even dirt. This contributed order and structure to the world.
Ultimately, the strain of creating the world proved too much for Kogrun. The process had rent its flesh too gravely, and Kogrun grew still. Though not dead, and though others have worked pieces of Kogrun's flesh both large and small, Kogrun has not moved at all since then.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Kogrun's nature is of structure and order. In the Dawn, Kogrun desired to bring these to the Void. To this end, Kogrun first devised the creation of the world, and convinced both Mallat and Pennak to contribute to the effort.
