Culture
Lacking a homeland, chimeras tend to lead nomadic lifestyles, though some have begun integrating into other civilizations across the continent. Subjected to discrimination and mockery, even their name derives from the mythical beast of diverse parts. Despite societal disdain, chimeras foster strong bonds among themselves and extend aid not only to fellow chimeras but also to strangers.
The Lands Before
Chimeras speak of a realm they once inhabited, known as The Lands Before, from which they were displaced upon arriving in the material plane. Despite their accounts, neither outsiders nor chimeras themselves possess knowledge of how to access this realm or the circumstances of their arrival.
