However, most of the financial backing is by the EndMed Foundation (EMF). As such, Curb Stomp Ring (CSR) is well equipped for organ trafficking and protecting the assets EndMed is interested in. CSR often operates in the Dark Market, running security and shady deals in back alleys, under the very nose of District 5's local government officials.
Recently, there was news that one of CSR's lieutenants went rogue with essential knoweldge. If they alert the local government of CSR's dealings with EMF's illegal operations. It could cause issues for CSR's memembers. Time will tell how this will shake up the district's dynamics.
