District four is a ghost town due to The Creep sweeping across the area every night, even after The Great Wall was built.

History

District four was the haven of higher education and development of Travel Corp (TC). Many of their higher-level executives studied and lived around the specialized schools.
However, after The Great Breach, the district was rapidly abandoned when the unnatural fog rolled in, leaving many dead in the streets. Some survivors of that time still recall those horrible nights.
Even after The Great Wall was constructed, The Creep still seeps deep into the region, leaving the area untouched except for scavengers and those running from something.
