The civilizations built by the Orcneas, deep in the heart of central Asia have long fallen to dust.
Their gargantuan citadels and temples are ruins and what remains of the Orcneas are merely scattered tribal bands, barely surviving above subsistence level.
Both feared and respected, the few that can claim have met an Orc know them to be honorable allies or worthy foes.
