Townmaster's Hall

The townmaster's hall has sturdy stone walls, a pitched wooden roof, and a bell tower at the back.
Vandel has no real government but the folk of the hamlet annually elect a townmaster to serve as judge in minor disputes.
The townmaster"s hall has a small but serviceable jail in the cellar consisting of two cells.
The keys are carried by the current townmaster, Gwilherm mab Winoc.
