He then proceeded to pull the rest of Dorham out of the Dark Ages and into an age of prosperity, His vision endures to this day, leading his descendant on the path to glory as he watches from the realm of the gods.

Structure

The Emperor is chosen by right of birth and power. They must be a member of the Blanchard Dynasty though may come from a lower branch of the family tree is no better candidate can be found. The Emperor chooses his Delegates, who may advise him in matters of domestic and foreign policies as part of the Cabinet. The Emperor then decides what matters are put to the Conclave for discussion.
The Conclave is made up of the Senate and the Assembly. The Senate is composed of 30 hereditary seats (3 representatives for each of the 10 clans that form the Blanchard Dynasty) and a further 30 seats one for each of prefectures forming the empire, with either the Prefect or their chosen representative sitting on meetings. The Prefects are chosen by the Emperor to govern each of the Prefectures. The Senate's duty is to write the laws, potentially with input from the Emperor and the Delegates. The Assembly is made up of up to 10 representatives from each of the 30 imperial prefectures. The Assembly's duty is to vote on the laws proposed by the Senate and direct rewrites if necessary. It is important to note that the Emperor holds the power to veto or push through any laws that he deems fit.
