Fiend's Friend

Brewed using liver extract from a cow (or very rarely, human), thyme, maple tree sap, yeast, and moss grown within a human skull then allowed to ferment for a week.
Once consumed within a 1/2 hour to an hour everything feels surreal, your body feels numb in a good way, and everything sounds magnified away. Things outside of 30 feet are a blur of amplified colors and shapes. This gives negative effect disadvantage on dex checks, investigation, and sight based perception checks. Advantage on hearing based perception, and insight checks.

Significance

taboo and associated with abyssal cults but is ultimately mundane in origin. Used by commoners to get high and in some religious cults associated with the lower planes
