Clown Ninjas

Tactics

The Clown Ninjas most commonly used tactic is to approach their victims stealthily, a tactic which is surprisingly effective given their brightly colored clothing. Once they have gotten near to their prey they will strike, usually opening by attempting to slit throats with their honking shurikens. If this fails, they will close in and use their balloon swords.
Clown Ninjas usually operate in small groups or individuals. It is extremely rare that more than three of them are seen in the same place, and the sight of any group larger than this is a sure sign that one should run away immediately. Luckily, they will usually not attack those who aren't their targets. Indeed, they have been known to give out balloon animals to random bystanders if they are not in too much of a rush.

Training

Clown College is a hard place, and the training is the same. While it is not known the exact methods that go into creating a Clown Ninja, there is only a 5% pass rate. Those who fail the trials are never heard from again.
