Jeubadiah

Ah, Recognition.
-Jeubadiah
Jeubadiah was born in the year 3978 BF just outside the Grove. Unbeknownst to him, his family carried the blood of High King Snaff's only surviving child, who had escaped before the royal family were killed by Skelk in the distant past. Due to his ancestry, Jeubadiah was able to channel the power of his ancestors through Jeub Magic, while being particularly skilled with it. Despite this he lived a relatively peaceful life outside the Grove trying not to cause trouble, he would often pass time by doing chores, practicing magic, or travelling to the Grove to obtain food for his family.     On one particular trip, Jeubadiah was approached by a tall man who said to him "What's up? Not you!" Jeubadiah did not take kindly to this insult as he was already shorter than your average Jeub and was insecure about this. Enraged by this insult, Jeubadiah jumped on the man and knocked them both off a nearby cliff. They fell down the levels of the city before landing in the Sacred Pond of the Lettuces, causing the Lettuces in the city to drive them out threatening to kill both Jeubadiah and this man. The two reconciled their differences and fought their way out of the Grove while burning down a majority of it on the way out.     Jeubadiah and his new companion- whose name was Poobaloo- eventually became friends, and became instrumental in the fulfillment of the Prophecy of Butternub and the ascension of Flipdroop to godhood. The fulfillment of this quest brought them great fame and wealth, which Jeubadiah used to buy a mansion in Lyon and start a new family there. When his wealth ran out, he joined the Lyonguard to help pay the bills.     Jeubadiah would go on to become quite respected within the Lyonguard for his great ability with magic, and rose within the ranks until he was the highest ranking jeub in the entire army. He served in the Lyonguard for 15 years, helping to win many battles against the Ancient Evil. He would eventually die in 20 AA, after overdosing on Botox after the greatest failure of his career, sending Ronnel Draygon to rescue Private Bunion.   Before he died, Jeubadiah had 20 children with his wife , 5 of which survived childhood. His descendent Zroxxa would eventually go on to reclaim their family's throne in Jeubscalon.
