The Starfall Circle

The Starfall Circle is a witch coven that once spanned the entirety of the Cage. Their power was inordinate and was a great help to the Dark Gods during the Second Divine War. However, thousands of years of passed. The Circle is now a barely visible shadow of its former self. When Kassandra of Nethylor came into possession of the runestone that granted its wielder dominion over the Circle, she went about rebuilding the coven for New Earth's use. By doing this, she expedited New Earth's magical weaponry development and provided a safe haven for witches.

Led by a witch known as the Star Mother, who possesses the runestone that marks their leadership.

To develop arcane arts and ways of protecting New Earth.

History

Used to be a coven that operated on behalf of the Dark Gods during the second Divine War. After they broke up, Kassandra took up the mantle a thousand years later and began reorganizing them.

Disbandment

Dissolved in 11274. Witch hunts were dwindling their numbers, so many members agreed it was best to go into hiding.
