Tribe of the White Storm

As soon as Philip entered the White Storm village, the people living there noticed his arrival. Some of them approached him to greet him in their settlement, while the others watched him from afar. At least until they noticed the four colorful strings on his shoulders, recognizing him as a potential new member of their Order. That's when he got surrounded by a whole crowd asking him about his Pilgrimage and the things that happened on other layers lately.

Not many would decide to live on The Layer of Anomalies, and yet the White Order of the Students of The Smith does that. And while many of them have to constantly move as the anomalies around them shift their location, leading nomadic lives, there are some who find safe spots here. One of the most notable ones among them is a tribe of the White Storm.
Named after combining the name of the White Order and the "Great Storm" anomaly, a 2km wide cylinder of swirling winds, dust, and thunders they live inside of, the members of the tribe are peaceful scholars. Protected by the storm around them and living in its calm "eye", they don't have to worry about any dangers unless they decide to leave their home to research other parts of the layer.

Common Dress code

While in their village, members of the tribe wear anything they want. Whenever they decide to leave, either to contact other people or to simply conduct research related to anomalies, they attach white strings to their shoulders and wear the symbol of The Students of The Smith.
On the rare occasion of meeting them outside, one will always notice them wearing some kind of protective gear, either on them or as their baggage.
