Human (Tokinan)
Tokinans are native to the small and secluded Tokina Islands in the center of Cantara. They may live in Tokina City itself, or one of the remote towns and monasteries dotted about.
It is believed by many historians that the Tokinans were the only humans truly native to Cantara. They are slighter of stature, with paler skin tones and dark hair. Tokinans generally keep to themselves, which reflects in their isolationist culture. They dedicate their lives to the mastery of whatever art or trade they choose. Tokinans are generally distrustful of outsiders but will more often than not choose to treat others with respect.
