Waltom Eddyn

According to Adan alTaa and Sala al-Hamai, Waltom Eddyn is a tall, dark-skinned half-elven male, with a long face, scruffy beard, and a mostly shaved head. He dresses in long dark purple robes, despite the hot weather in Haffa. He is clearly armed (in black armour, and with two nasty-looking scimitars) under his cloak.
