Fourth Province

The diverse Fourth Province is well known for its exceptional natural beauty, with a number of great lakes and fir forests. It has a mountain range on its eastern border, home to one of the largest native populations of goliaths.
Fourth Province's capital, Tarrin, is the third largest city by population in the Empire. It lies on the Western edge of Lake Tarrin, the biggest lake on the continent, and much of the city is built on stilts upon the water's edge. The city is the only land capital to have an underwater neighbourhood, 'Little Lulota', which is home to a significant population of triton and sea-elf expats.
