Let it be known to all agents of Project 9 that the Lashunta known as Tesin Movahesh is an agent no longer, and has been granted status "Excommunicado". She is to be killed on sight, and all retrievable body parts and belongings should be returned to Station 9 immediately. Any aid or unreported contact with Tesin Movahesh will result in the agent's immediate execution.
The recent study of Tesin Movahesh by Dr. Pencile shows that she is capable of advanced psychic manipulation. Coupled with her growing skill set as a Solarion, close combat is expressly forbidden by the Board. Instead, we recommend a classic munition fired from a sniper rifle with a range of at least 500 feet. Given Tesin Movahesh's recent alliance with Valentina Terris, strike operations on Absalom Station are discouraged.
