Colony

While many of the Saints are described by mortal perception, the Colony is actually a physical presence in the Material Plane. This large school of titans walk the many planets of the Pact Worlds and the Beyond, and starship crews have even reported seeing this fish-like creatures floating in space. They feed from and nurture many natural habitats, some of which share a domain with the Gardener.   Before being recognized as a Saint, these creatures were often hunted by scientists and black market traders, although no mortal alive has ever seen one of these creatures die. Of note, the Colony smashed the "indestructible" Veskarium Scalefang destroyer to pieces in 207 AG, after they opened fire on the rear of the pack.   They are loved by nomads and migrants, and their sighting is said to bring good fortune on an expedition.

Blessing of the Colony

Range: Single Source, All Willing Allies within 1 Mile
Action: Standard
Duration: Length of Travel   When invoking the Blessing of the Colony, no aura surrounds the caster, who instead emits a call. This call can be heard from anywhere on the Material Plane, regardless of natural or magical barrier. The earth and air will shake as a Saint travels the cosmos, and the Colony arrives in full force.   All willing allies and their possessions within one mile of the caster are blessed by the Colony, and taken to a new location on the Material Plane designated by the caster. If this location requires planetary travel, the Colony may slide into the Drift, although all blessed are entirely safe in the arms of the Saint. Upon arrival, the Colony will deposit the effected and their belongings in a friendly, useful manner, and then continue their journey.   It is worth noting that this travel is entirely traceable, and nothing would stop an enemy force from following the Colony - assuming they do not engage in violence. The Colony will also deliver the blessed regardless of the location - i.e. even on a planet with no atmosphere, likely killing any unprepared to deal with that environment.
