Dominic is a smuggler and warehouse dealer in Maro on Akiton, and the leader of Altraeza's Riders. He was a one-time sponsor of Balio Sondern, and later Mist. When Mist was arrested Dominic (a wanted criminal) took heavy hits to his operation, and thus bears a deep grudge against the Ysoki.
In Terris Intel Report: The Varos Experiment, it was hinted that Dominic has a strong connection to the Aspis Consortium.
