Mama?

We return to an old vision, in the markets of Vesk-3, where the Skittermanders call home. We see Skittles in the market with his brother, Hatakal, haggling with a local merchant.
The camera pans behind Skittles, sliding into his vision, and sharing with us his base thoughts -- and the thoughts he reads from others.
Hatakal: “Come along, Skit. Sun is going low.”
Hatakal (Thoughts): “We have to get home soon... He's getting restless. And when he gets restless--”
Skittles: “Dangerous.”
Hatakal: “That’s right, we have to get home before the stridermanders. [To shopkeep] How much?”

Skittles focuses on the merchant, the background fading away as he speaks -- but Skittles ignores his spoken word.

Merchant (Thoughts): Poor Hatakal. Always stuck with his brother... At least he has--"
Skittles: "Money."

The vision shifts in both place and time, arriving on the smoldering planet of Varos, where Skittles watches Tesin with wide eyes.

Skittles: "Mama?"

And then the dream ripples, a sense of gravity emanating from the Dreamer, and the vision fades.
