Ouroboros
This article is in reference to the mythical beast of legend, Ouroboros. For information on creatures of the same name, see PathfinderWiki.
Ouroboros is a creature of many names, known also as Ragadahn, the World Serpent, Water Lord, Serpent King, and (more controversially) the Father of Dragons. He ranks among the Eldest of the First World, and rules over the drowned city of Karaphas.

Divine Domains
While Ouroboros is culturally associated with Life, Rebirth, and Infinity, Ragadhan is associted with Chaos, Evil, Scalykind, Water as his primary domains, with Ancestors, Dragons, Oceans, Venom as his subdomains.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Ouroboros is most-often associated with his truest form -- an enormous serpent formed into a circle or infinity shape, swallowing its own tail. As Ragadahn, he regularly appears as a blue sea snake (which are both his sacred animal and color), or a gigantic Linnorm. In general, the Serpent King is fond of symbolism, especially infinite spirals.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Ouroboros is said to claim all of the waters in the First World as his domain, and all the creatures within it as his subjects. However, he is rarely seen outside of Karaphas, and seems to care very little for the lives of his people. Instead, he spends his time scouring the debts of the drowned city -- as if searching for something -- leaving only to visit the libraries in Axis and to sire children on the Material Plane.
Social
Contacts & Relations
A majority of the Linnorm species consider Ragadahn their father, although other Dragons consider his title as Father of Dragons heresey of the highest order. This makes Ouroboros an outsider, if not an outright enemy, of most dragon-focused organizations, including the Order of the Dragon.
Among the Eldest, Ouroboros has a decent relationship with Imbrex and Magdh -- given their obsession with endings -- and shares a calling to the esoteric with Shyka and Ng the Hooded. He disdains the Green Mother, the Lantern King, and the Lost Prince -- a sentiment that is shared by the opposite parties.
