SSID Spell-Construct: Assimilate
After reaching a certain level of strength, it appears the Menu Module allowed Lockette to access this ability, in particular during the Malikah Conflict.
Effect
Three times per week, when you or your starship are adjacent to another vessel with shields down, you dissolve into a swarm of nanites, and attempt to assimilate the ship into your body. The vessel must be capable of spaceflight, be equipped with a Drift engine or planar drive, and can be no bigger than Large size.
This destroys everything inside the starship, in return for a magical unit of building material dubbed Dragonglass, of which you can hold three inside of you at a time. The quality of the Dragonglass is determined by the Tier of the starship, and follows that nomenclature (e.g. Tier 3 Dragonglass comes from Tier 3 starships). This action only works if the vessel is incapable of defending itself -- i.e. an Engineer could quickly deploy countermeasures to block the invasion, or a Pilot could move the ship away -- so it is best to weaken the starship in advance.
This ability counts as both magic and technology for the sake of other effects that may interfere with it, and when the two classifications are in conflict, the worse effect applies.
