Tru'nembra

Tru'nembra is the Flautist of Azathoth, an Outer God who resides eternally in the court of its master. Although mortals call it the Angel of Music, Tru'nembra does not possess an instrument, as it is both a musician and an instrument -- a maddening paradox that manifests in its songs.

Tru'nembra is often depicted as a visible cacophony of noise, and like Azathoth, is considered blind and unintelligent. On the rare occasions that Tru'nembra has been summoned to the Material Plane, it brings with it an insane, howling music, that drives all who hear it utterly and irrevocably mad.
