Wish
Exalted in legend and mystified by the forces of the Gap, the Wish is described as either a spell or ritual capable of bending the laws of the universe. Once said to be castable by wizards of great power, the Wish spell is all but lost to mortal practitioners in the modern era, and those who have successfully cast it since the Gap have only done so with the aid of an immortal.
Of note, all Efreeti and some noble Djinni are capable of granting wishes to non-genies, although they rarely do so with abandon (or without getting something out of it for themselves), as Pharasma's servants take affront to such a base manipulation of power. Still, creatures capable of toeing that line are not underhead of, making them dangerous opponents.
For technical details about casting the Wish spell, see Archives of Nethys, although note that this information is not public knowledge, and thus would be unknown to any characters of the Centurion's Riddle campaign.
