History of Thuringare

According to legends, the violent dragon god, Gyung, was slain by the hero Chattelle. With Gyung dead, many of the other gods retreated back to their own planes, leaving Unrehta behind. Their absence allowed the mortals of Unrehta to rule the material plane, beginning a new era.

A massive eruption of Mount Malinok, the largest volcano in Unhreta, caused the Draconic people of the Felland to flee their homeland. The Draconii now populate all corners of the known world. So much ash was sent into the air that a 3 year long winter arose. This winter lead to a great deal of instability and chaos throughout the world.
