Order of the Cosmos

In the beginning, there was darkness, but from that darkness came The First, who created the cosmos and all that dwelt in it. Yet he would not be the only one to aid in maintaining its order - Excerpt from the Scrolls of the Cosmos
According to the oldest texts discovered by archeologists that are said to pre-date the great cataclysm, the cosmos was created by one being known as the First. Who created the universe, from its stars to the planets that would make up it and anything else in between, would be a part of its grand design. However, this omnipotent being would not rule over creation by itself as it would create for other beings from pieces of itself to maintain the balance. These beings would be known as the Overlords of the Cosmos, each having power that aided in duties to preserve the cosmos. Their powers would be the foundations of all existence, representing creation, destruction, time, and space. Through them, they ensure that all this in the universe has a beginning and an end to them so that all things have a chance to live. As long as these beings are in power, the cosmos shall be maintained and not collapse on itself; however, should the laws that bind it together be broken, their wrath shall be sent through their servants known as the Judicators of Cosmos, who are tasked with punishing those that break these laws and return it to normal. All of these celestial beings hold an aspect of reality that is carefully managed to ensure it does not collapse on itself; however, should the laws that bind it together be broken, their wrath shall be sent through their servants known as Judicators of the Cosmos.
