A consortium of merchants in Fillian's Keep and at the Crossroads. They have made inroads into a couple of other towns and cities along the Alliance road. They have become a threat to the monopoly that of the black rose alliance and on a smaller scale The Syndicate has had up until now among the smaller towns and villiages
