Age of Divinity
"The creation of Everything."
Excerpt from the Scriptures of Arcadia: On the Creation of the Known Universe Life would begin as the light of Erg touched the planet of Iberia. Mana would soon bear its fruit, growing and expanding itself throughout the air, land, and seas. Together with Erg, it granted a substantial, abundant region suitable for life to take place. Over time, various oddities, mysteries, patrons, and deities were attracted to this unnatural phenomenon. Like moths drawn to a flame, they flocked in abundance to explore this land. These omnipotent beings, defying common logic, each possessed the strength of thousands of men. Engaging in fierce competition, they sought to establish their laws upon the land. During this era, the establishment of what we now recognize as modern physical laws was non-existent and could not govern the world. Concepts like gravity, mathematical equations, and the natural life cycle had not yet been established. This state of magic was considered akin to what we now refer to as "Great Magic " in contemporary terms. The beings that roamed Iberia wielded Great Magic, shaping the world to suit their desires. Rules gradually emerged, governing the tides of time within the land as the world became the way it is now.
An example of Great Magic is as follows:
Apples did not fall from the tree at this moment at this time.
They could hover, explode, expand, mature, bear fruit, or birth a creature.
At that moment of time and space, Rules did not exist formally on this planet.
Logic itself did not apply, as it fell to the very whims and desires of the creatures that roamed the planet of Iberia.
They would compete in games, competitions, and any form of elements that would put one over another.
In the end, one would be victorious and settle their influence upon the world itself. This time period was known as the Age of Divinity.
