Grumdorf
Biography
Some say he was created by the gods to unite the warring tribes of Verden, others say he was a bastard child of his tribe, and some even have said that he lived a humble life as a tradesman. What is known is he became the new chieftain of Verden after the last ones died of wounds during a siege of drakes. Unlike most warlords who relied more on their weapons and skills in battle, Grumdorf used his intelligence and diplomacy. With these tools at his disposal, he rallied many tribes to follow his cause via alliances, trade agreements, and even the honoring of his words which were sacred to him and the tribes. He and his war council has quelled the previous organization that had the desire to repell the assistance of either The Principality of Grazia and The Aliech Kingdom. Since then, he has united the current tribes with the hope to keep their independence and autonomy via cooperation with Grazia.
