The Divinity System
Introduction to Divinity in Iberia
The lands of Iberia are rich in diverse forms of cultures and influences throughout its vast continents. Many of these lands are influenced by various deities that exert their influences in their respective region of interest. From powerful deities who guide civilization to greatness, to selfish ones who aspire for their benefit, there are a variety of deities still yet undiscovered. This list is only as comprehensive as the world expands with player interaction.
A simplified version of Divinity can be seen on the PF2E site here.

While deities are not necessary to follow, the general knowledge that deities and divines exist remains a known fact in the world.
Individuals that would like to follow a diety not listed on the front page may request to develop one with me to cater to their playstyle.
Edicts
Edicts embody the Diety's beliefs, actions, or lifestyle that they wish to impose onto a follower. By roleplaying the guidelines that the diety has imposed on their faithful allows them to enjoy the benefits of their divinity.
Generally, this is second nature to those who are a champion, a cleric, or devout follower of the Divinity. It is expected for these edicts to be committed to receiving their boons and blessings.
Anathema
Whether it be accidental or circumstantial, going against a diety's Edicts and committing actions of Anathema will result in adverse consequences. The divines do not perceive those who do such actions in high regard and will often bestow a curse as a result. The more severe the Anathema committed to the very morals of the Divinity, the higher the curse.
EX: A follower of Cernunnos who has turned a blind eye against the pollution of the Forest, could lead to a lower affinity to the Forest.
Those that assist in pollution or destruction of the forest, may lead to actively become hostile. Wildlife actively runs away from you, meals becoming spoiled, and the forest removing its protection, allowing once hidden creatures of the forest to find you as prey.
Removing Curses
Curses are primarily significant only to the Follower itself, save for circumstances that directly correlate with the divinity. EX: A Shrine, an item of Worship, or a Token that they may view your actions by.
To remove a curse requires a high commitment of edicts, or dedicating oneself to redeem themself from their divinity. While the divines are fleeting and often temperamental when Anathemas are performed, their minds can still be changed as one venture to renew their connection.
Divine Intersession
A Diety typically will not intervene in the matters of the material plane. Those that bear many followers may grant boons or curses but rarely do they ever go out of their way to assist or curse a creature unless a grievous action was undertaken.
As a rule of thumb, Divinities such as Greater Gods and Lesser Gods with a large amount of influence and followers will rarely grant a blessing or curse to you directly. Instead, they obtain access to facilities and the ability to befriend others of similar followings for assistance. While their boons are not as actively beneficial, it is difficult to garner their hatred to curse you as a result.
However, certain Lesser Gods and Patrons will be invested in their followers' actions. As they bear fewer followers and actively watch in anticipation of followers that preforms their edicts, followers obtain greater boons and curses for their adventures.
Follower Alignment
In the Chronicles of Iberia, as we follow a modified version of Alignment, players need not apply themselves to the alignments seen in the divinities. As long as it is within the realm of reasonability, it will be permitted.
Area of Concern
Primarily utilized for a simple way of understanding the Divinity's Edicts in the simplest terms possible. Just flavor text.
Divinity Influence
Not all divinity is of equal power, influence, or engagement. This can be seen in their respective Region of Influence, and Follower Count. These values affect how they influence the world to help guide or benefit a follower, or their powers to shape and influence the world as a whole.
Avatars
Bearing a foreboding presence that would make followers go insane, many divines elect upon an avatar that bears an inkling of their strength. If not, they could unleash a surge of divinity that could drive them mad.
This can be in the shape of an oracle, a champion, a creature, or even an object. From these avatars, they may impart blessings or even bestow their influence upon the world. While they are not directly the divine themself, they are an extension of them that bears their will. This is typically the vision that mortal beings attest to themselves after seeing the divine in their dreams or sightings of them.
