Broom of Disintegration

Every once in a while, there is a person who words a wish so poorly that the results are just absurd. This is how the Broom of Disintegration came to be. The name of the wisher has been lost to history but the wording of said wish has become the stuff of legends.
"I wish for a ridiculous magic weapon."
The wish was granted in the form of the Broom of Disintegration. Almost indistinguishable from any other average Broom in existence but upon closer inspection it's handle is lined with tiny arcane runes

Probably the most overpowered cleaning utensil to ever be created.

• Perform (Whistling) 
• Perform (Dancing)

The wielder is also considered to have the following Feats.

• Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Broom) 
• Improved Critical 

The following spells may only be used three times per day and are accumulative across all the spells but can be used in any combination.

• Gust of Wind
• Haste
• Levitate
