Needle and Thread

A needle and thread are some the most commonly used items on Traith. They see use in every tailor, seamstress and clothier shop all over the world. They are also generally found in most homes as well. People need cloths and a needle and thread make keeping them wearable longer easier.
While most people world assume that the needle and thread would symbolize tailors and seamstresses and they do. They also have a much darker meaning understood only by those who have been educated on them.
Sewing decent ,chaos , resentment, intrigue and secrets into a tailor made vision of how traith should be. There are several dark organizations with loose ties bent on taking Traith and weaving events to suit their needs.

Significance

In its common use it keeps people's closths on their backs. As a symbol it has far darker connotation.

If you ever find yourself in a settlement shop by the local general store or clothier and pick yourself up a needle and spool of thread (I recommend a large spool). These two item can be invaluable to an adventure. Most people don't usually think how useful the items can be.
Say you are walking through a dungeon minding your own business when you get attacked by a rabid Unicorn (no offense Claire we love you). It caught you by surprise it blinds you by shooting a rainbow out of its butt. She then impales you with her tentacle and proceeds to bite your nether region as well. A few minutes later you are standing there over a dead unicorn with its blood on your hands (I hear you are cursed if you have unicorn blood on your hands) needless to say you are now bleeding out as well. You should probably take a break to compose yourself and tend to your wounds. First I suggests you quickly find a safe place. Second remember that large spool of thread I was talking about yeah you take that and attach some of the small bells (i forgot to mention that part buy some small bells i think you can a bunch at a low price) put them on the thread and use them to make a way to warn you of danger an alarm system i guess. So now that you are safe (well maybe) you remember that you were impaled by that unicorn tusk and notice that your pants are torn from that nasty unicorn bite. Now its time to take out that needle and thread the eye and tie it. You can now stitch yourself up as well as your pants so you aren't exposing your banana and jewel pouch to the entire dungeon. Even if you are not proficient in sewing something is better than better than nothing.
