Popcorn Dragon Airship
There is nothing more heartening than to see the joy on a kids face when they first see the Popcorn Dragon Airship. It is a truely a sight to behold regardless of age and just as many adults get excited as do children when this airship arrives in their community. The aesthetics of this airship are based on the old children's tales of the Popcorn Dragon.
This uniquely customized GA-11 was designed and built by the Glender Gnomes in the Kingdom of Glendeiril. It is most active during the season of harvests making its way to different festivals and celebrations.
The Glender Gnomes are extremely talented with incorporating magic into their technological advancements
Power Generation
The main source of power on the P.D.A is a large forge located on the ships second deck. This forge serves several different functions that help the airship stay aloft. With many tubes and hoses running off the forge to provide "power" to the ships systems.
Propulsion
The P.D.A's propulsion system is a combination of steam power provided the ships forge and magic to provide additional maneuverability. The magical applications applied during the ships construction can also be used as a backup system in the case of a forge malfunction.
Weapons & Armament
The P.D.A is armed with eight medium sized batistas. They are positioned three on the port and three on the starboard sides with the last two at the bow of the ship. They are located on the third deck. These balistas have a limited targeting range do to the space restraints of the third deck.
It is also equipped with four steam cannons, two of which are located on the port and starboard sides of the ship. These cannons are situated with two at the bow and two at the stern. The cannons are capable of producing gouts of extremely hot steam. These cannons are primarily use to deter avian predators from attacking the ship.
At the bow of the ship is the last cannon. It is built into the front of the dargons head aesthetics. It is designed for two purposes. One it is capable of spewing forth a stream of fire. The second is supplementary instead of spewing fire it can be preloaded with corn kernels and produce large amounts of popcorn.
