The Nine Necromancers
The Nine Necromancers are the ruling council of the undead city of Nithrikmar. This cabal is as old as the city of Nithrikmar itself with the three cities founders still holding the top three seats of the Nine.
Structure
The Nine are ranked from one to nine one being the most powerful and holding the most influence while nine is the least powerful with much less influence.
Public Agenda
The Nine rule over the mausoleum city Nithrikmar and of its assets. They buy sell and trade in undeath and have supplied many undead to well paying clients. They also manage the operations of the Crystal Downs.
Assets
Each member of the Nine has their own personal wealth but also has access to funds generated by the city anything in the city is at the or disposal. The Nine also over see the operations of several magic shop across Traith.
History
The Nine was established at the founding of Nithrikmar by the Triumvirate. These three powerful Psion/Necromancers still hold the top three seats of the Nine while every other seat has switched hands multiple times. There have been several occasions where the Triumvirate has eliminated the rest of the Nine for in order to preserve what they have established.
