It is a weekly publication that covers many important topics from all over the globe.   It was founded by the great wizard and scholar Nymazar who felt that education of the people of Traith was key and that information about events all over Traith should shared with everyone regardless of social class.

Document Structure

Caveats

Politics (crowning of kings, border disputes, and policy changes of different regimes, etc.)   Known advances in the magical arts, technology, or industry.   New discoveries are published here whether a new species of flora or fauna or an previously uncharted island in one of Traith's vast oceans.   You can also find the weekly results of the GGL (Global Gladiators League) and MPPPA (Multi Planular Portal Pong Association).   One of the most popular features of the Weekly Bard is the Dungeon Daycare comic strip featuring the escapades of Otis the Dragon and Claire the Chubby Unicorn and their friends.

Publication Status

The Weekly Bard is a weekly newspaper available to all social classes.

Legal status

This news outlet is available legally in most lands across Traith but there are and have been several exceptions to this. The lands that the Daily Bard has been outlawed have generally been in those that have an oppressive governments that don't want their people to be educated or have hope of better days.
