Quiet Neighborhood Association

(The QNA is an NPC faction, and with the exception of certain named individuals may be used by any roleplayer in their scenes.)   The Quiet Neighborhood Association (also known as QNA for short) is, to most of the public who know about them, a group of concerned parents, neighbors and home owners who, well aware of the strange and dangerous nature of Port Atlantica, simply desires and campaigns for causes that push the general well-being of the Midtown District and its citizens, seeking to keep it a haven of safety in such a quirky place.   Reality is a bit more sinister. The QNA is, truthfully, an association of quasi-cultish, likeminded people who seem to almost worship and value normalcy, complacency and conformity to a scary degree, and who desire to keep things 'quiet' and 'nice' in the District and keep it an idyllic - or their vision of idyllic - home. For that reason, they will threaten and destroy anything they consider vandalism or improper behavior. Which includes anything that does not conform to their weird, traditional values. Anything from art to extravagant fashion and, of course, unsupervised superheroic activity, lumping it along with supervillains and criminals.   They are led by the Whitelock Family, a group of secret mutants who desire a quiet, utopic life above all use, and who use and abuse their psychic and telepathic powers to enforce such worldview among the members of the QNA and anyone who opposes them.
Leader(s):
  • The Whitelock Family (Adam Whitelock, Selene Whitelock, Helena Whitelock and Henry Whitelock)
  •
    Elite Minions: (Street Level to Super Medium Weight)
  • 'Special Citizens': The term the QNA uses for metahumans that join the association and are allowed to do 'supervised' usage of their powers. Usually for homely purposes, but on occasion, they are sent as enforcers.
  •
    Common Goons: (Street Level)
  • 'Upstanding Citizens': The more common footsoldiers of the QNA. Psychically conditioned with no pain receptors, allowing them to fight with inhuman intensity. Sent to "send a message" to "strangers."
  • Type
    Secret, Brotherhood
