Isaac Brody
Sir Isaac Michael Brody is a British-American archaeologist and university professor, born in London, England. After graduating from the Birkbeck University of London at the age of 27, Brody moved to New York City where he accepted an offer by the New York National History Museum to collect and document artifacts. One of his noteworthy accomplishments includes his commendable effort in mapping the mythical Minotaur's labyrinth in Knossos. This remarkable feat earned him accolades from the academic community and has cemented his position as a premier archaeologist.
Another significant contribution to his credit was in 1998, when Brody collaborated with two fellow archaeologists, Alexander Rain and Gerald Wayne, on a crucial mission. The team was entrusted with the responsibility of locating the elusive Fountain of Youth by the prestigious New York Museum of Natural History. Their task conferred great responsibility, considering the significance of the mythological fountain in ancient and medieval literature. Despite the enormity of the mission, Brody made steady progress, displaying exceptional ingenuity and perseverance. However, in 2011, the unexpected departure of Gerald Wayne, coupled with the inexplicable disappearance of Alexander Rain, stalled the endeavor. The challenges proved insurmountable, and in the end, Brody, the indefatigable archaeologist, had to relinquish his quest for the mythical fountain. At least until 2018 when new evidence was uncovered. However, the details of this information were written in an obscured Mayan dialect he could not translate.
