Aarakocra Abbey

The Aarakocran center of religion and learning, it's in many ways a miniature The Grand Cloister(more on that later). If the Grand Cloister leans toward science ever so slightly, the opposite is true of the Abbey; this ancient institution favors spirituality and mysticism. And, due to the rocky history of the Empire, much of their resources and books have been lost.
During the end of the Aarakocra-Kastran War, Poplranian and Indranian forces sacked the Abbey. Many texts and treasures were sacked and it's, to this day, a point of contention. Historical texts, magical scripts/scrolls, and ancient relics ended up getting transferred to the Grand Cloister.
The current Archbishop, representing Kaiser Flashbeak I, is Archbishop Deoquotxi (prounounced Day-Oh-Quot-Chi). His demeanor is famously levelheaded, calm, and quiet.
