Lunran

The moon shaped island with an extremely on-the-nose name, Lunran is dominated by Yuan-Ti's and humans.
Interplanar travels will often view Yuan-Ti as evil and malevolent, but in the Cloud Sea they operate just like any other humanoid race. Some Yuan-Ti purebloods shun the more humanistic societies, but the majority do not. Because the island is rocky an sparse in vegetation with many carnivorous humanoids, food production skews heavily towards sheep and goats.
Lunran City is rather disorganized and chaotic city, but fairly equal compared to some of the other cities in the Cloud Sea. While not as wealthy as Polpizu for example, it is by no means horribly impoverished. The city government is extremely hands off with the populace, but strict on organizations. Therefore, criminal groups, large corporations, and militias tend to fail.
The island is also marked with many ruins and temples. Most notable is the the ziggurat known as the Sky Weir in the north.
In the south, there is a giant mountain range known as the Skytail Range. The tallest mountain of the range is Aurizu and is revered throughout the island.
