M'litr'o

M'litr'o is considered the strange mirror of Khufr'o City and is generally maligned for being a lawless mess. Whereas Khufr'o's decentralization and democracy have lead to a natural, but gentle order, M'litr'o is exceptionally chaotic, approaching violent and hostile. Gangs, factions, and corporations run absolutely wild, with no regulations restrictions placed upon them. As a result, the city is a nest of ne'er-do-wells, mercenaries, and fortune seekers.

The city developed naturally over M'lit Lake, which was summarily drained with steam pumps and filled in with sand, dirt, and rocks. The land is generally unstable and ill-suited for plants, giving the city an often drab and barren feel.

There is no government in M'lit'ro, though Cloudfont has occasionally intervened in case of catastrophe.
