Parchmentiers

The Parchmentiers is a merchant and craftsmen guild that controls all paper, parchment, and vellum manufacturing. They additionally control the scroll and book trade, scribes offices, and similar businesses. They are the strongest supporters of the arts in the city. 
The guild also controls the production of ink, seal wax, calligraphy nibs, and many of the other accouterments associated with writing.
