Biography

Early Life and Career

Cassus Ovian was born in the inner ring of Founder's Ring, and as is standard in the district, received a first class education. In his mid-20s, he entered the civil service as the Regional Contracts Officer in the Department of Administrative Affairs.

Violet Revolution

During the Violet Revolution Cassus was quick to declare his neutrality in the event and when questioned by the Violet Estate, agreed to play a part in setting up the new democratic government. As his career progressed, Ovian alligned himself more and more with Lucius Able-Hart and became a trusted ally.
