Dell Gevoldg

Dell Gevoldg is an Elven male and legendary adventurer. Dell became famous throughout the Commonland for being involved in numerous major historical events including: First Contact with Armatopia and the War To Free The Commonland.

Early Life

Dell Gevolgd was born in the now extinct Elven kingdom of The Vale. Dell's parents died during his early childhood resulting in him being raised by his older brother Glenn Gevoldg. Much like his older brother, Dell showed exceptional skill in arcane spellcasting from a young age manifested through bardic techniques.
During Dell's youth Glenn was elected leader of The Vale. For centuries, The Vale was run as an extremist and isolationist kingdom with its rulers promoting a heavy suspicion of its neighbouring communities. These ideals were continued and expanded upon by Glenn. In an attempt to abstruct any outside influence from permiating the Vales walls, Glenn arranged raids and terror attacks on the nearby settlements to scare anyone from encroaching on Vale territory. On the order of his older brother, Dell began participating in these raids from the age of 50. While willing at first, Dell began to doubt his brother's morality when his raiding party was instructed to murder a caravan of nomad civilians that Glenn had tricked into crossing into the Vale. After witnessing the massacre, Dell abandoned his post and fled north into the wilderness.
While near starvation, a group of Moon Elves discover him and nursed him back to health. During his recovery, Dell reflected on his violent past and decided to dedicate himself to spreading peace. He began practicing their customs, beliefs and dedicated himself to the moon goddess Selene. It was during this time that Dell began using the alias 'Moon Child'. After a several years of studying his new faith and way of life, Dell left the home of the Moon Elves to preach the word of Selene.
