Bakûl

It is not known when the Lich Bakûl became immortal; it may have been many centuries ago. They revealed themselves to the world directly before the first Shi'am crisis, in which they led the first Shi'am cult in an effort to destroy the world. Their efforts to open rifts to the Abyss resulted in the destruction of the Kingdom of Haegrilon in 2092 CA. Bakûl re-appeared in 3003 CA at the head of a Yugoloth army and attempted to invade @Talizea and Luissan . The force was defeated by a coalition army of Corcien, Tethired @Talizea, and Luissan forces. Remnants of the Yugoloth army roam the countryside to this day.
Though they have not appeared in the last ~50 years, it is presumed that Bakûl survived the defeat of their army and still exists somewhere in the world today. Shi'am cultists frequently try to make contact with them, and offer their service in warlock pacts.
