Cassiel

Cassiel is the mysterious leader of Gildorien and the head of the monastic order that rules it. Nobody is exactly sure what race Cassiel is, or how old he might be, but he has ruled Gildorien since at least 2088. He teaches his followers and citizens that there is no heroism but that which they may find in themselves; that they should reject the machinations of the Gods and instead create a paradise on earth.
