Detective Rhubarb

A seemingly bumbling detective from outside of Everhast. Hearing of the disappearances over the years, he and his Constable befriend Lord Berkstaff to gain entrance to his party. Friendly and intelligent, he plays himself off as a buffoon in order to catch suspects off guard.
